Data Deletion Request
Request the deletion of your account and associated data from Our Service.
Important — Active Subscriptions: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel any active subscriptions. You must cancel subscriptions separately through your device's account settings to avoid continued billing:
- Apple: Manage Apple Subscriptions
- Google: Manage Google Play Subscriptions
What happens when you submit a deletion request:
- Account credentials: Your login credentials and authentication tokens will be permanently deleted
- Profile information: Your name, email, profile photo, and any other personal identifiers will be permanently deleted
- User-generated content: Any content you created, uploaded, or posted will be permanently removed
- Usage data: Your app activity history, preferences, and settings will be erased
- Timeline: Deletion will be completed within 30 days of your verified request
Data that may be retained after account deletion:
- Anonymized analytics: Aggregated, non-identifiable analytics data that cannot be linked back to you (retained indefinitely for service improvement)
- Legal records: Transaction records, tax documents, or other records required by law (retained for the legally mandated retention period, typically 5–7 years)
- Fraud prevention: Limited data necessary to prevent fraud, enforce our Terms, or protect user safety (retained for up to 12 months after deletion)
- Backup systems: Data may persist in encrypted backup systems for up to 90 days after deletion before being permanently purged
Identity Verification: To protect your account security, we may need to verify your identity before processing your deletion request. This may include:
- Sending a confirmation email to the address associated with your account
- Requesting additional information that only the account holder would know
- Verifying through an in-app confirmation if you still have access to the application
If we cannot verify your identity, we may be unable to process your request. This is to prevent unauthorized deletion of accounts.

You do not need to have the app installed to submit a deletion request. Fill out the form below, and we will process your request.

Tracking your request: Upon receipt, we will send a confirmation email to the address you provide, including a reference number for your request. You may use this reference number for any follow-up inquiries. If you do not receive a confirmation within 5 business days, please contact us at support@example.com.
Your Rights Under Data Protection Law
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), UK GDPR, and similar data protection laws, you have the right to request erasure of your personal data ("right to be forgotten") when:
- Your personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected
- You withdraw consent and there is no other legal basis for processing
- You object to processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds
- Your personal data has been unlawfully processed
- Your personal data must be erased to comply with a legal obligation
What we will do upon receiving your request:
- Verify your identity to protect your account security
- Process your request within 30 days (one calendar month) of identity verification, as required by GDPR Article 12(3)
- Notify any third parties to whom your data was disclosed, where feasible, in accordance with GDPR Article 17(2)
- Send you a confirmation when deletion is complete
Exceptions: We may retain certain data where processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation, for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims, or for reasons of public interest, in accordance with GDPR Article 17(3).
California Residents (CCPA/CPRA): Under the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act, you have the right to request deletion of your personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising this right. We will confirm receipt of your request within 10 business days and complete the deletion within 45 calendar days (with a possible 45-day extension if necessary, with notice).
